It was December of 2019 when Justin Summersgill had moved to Norfolk Island on a promise of prosperity in a local restaurant.
This promise soon fell through however, and to make ends meet throughout 2020, Justin decided to make and sell boutique cheesecakes for the locals.
Soon, the people of Norfolk Island were calling him The Cheesecake Man, smiles beaming with each delivery of fresh, hand made boutique cheesecake.
In 2021, The Cheesecake Man has made Melbourne his new home, bringing fresh and baked goodness to the many. A true-blue Australian underdog story, The Cheesecake man is here to bring amazing things to you.
